JOB DESCRIPTION :
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. First point of customer contact for general enquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc. Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 'N' Levels
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
- Aggressive and sales oriented
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Able to work independently

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Provide end-user support
- Installation/Maintenance : Hardware/Software/Network/Server/Telecommunication Equipment
- Responsible for all IT/Telecommunication & Technical related projects
- Responsible for all Assets (maintain Asset Management Inventory)
- Conduct inhouse training for end-users
- Optional : HTML, CSS, PHP, Java
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Min GCE 'N' Level, Certificate or Diploma in IT
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
- Applicant must be able to work under pressure, hardworking, have initiative, be dynamic and have good relationship skills.
- Work Schedule : Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm), Alt Sat off.

- Class 3 and/or 4 Driving License
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Physically Strong
- Familiar with Singapore Roads
- Malaysians with Singapore License are welcome to apply
- Work Hours (6 day week) : Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 6pm
