| Processing Time |
Once your order and payment is received, we will contact you to arrange for delivery/self collection.
A maximum of up to three (3) days is required for us to process your order. Accuracy is ensured in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed. |
| Types of Payment Accepted |
For both secure online debit (eNets) and Credit Card payments, a minimum order of SGD$50.00 is required. |
| Pricing |
All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless stated otherwise. |
| Delivery Service |
Delivery is free for goods purchased above SGD$50.00 and delivered within Singapore. Otherwise, there will be $16.05 delivery charges imposed for purchase below SGD$50.00. |
| Self Collection |
Self collection of items can be done at any of our 9 branches. We will contact you with the actual details (date, time and branch) for pick up of your ordered items. |
| Cancellation of Orders |
Should any of our goods be unavailable after confirmation and payment of the online purchase, we will refund the amount paid by the customer should he/she choose to do so. Alternatively, we will await for stock availability before delivery should the customer be willing to wait. |
| No Refund |
All product(s) purchased and paid for by the customer are strictly non refundable. |
| No Cancellation |
We will not entertain any cancellations by the customer once the order is confirmed by, and paid for by the customer. |
